MON PETIT LIBAN

My little Lebanon does not depart from this tradition and proposes, in fact, a house that is freshly prepared Mezzé (hummus, moutabal, labné…), kofté and chichtaouk, but also a clever "Lebanese" use of the limousins products such as this tasty Kobe, fondant meat accompanied by its yogurt and garlic sauce. The boss's fascination is ice making and sorbets, sometimes to accompany of a of but most often for delicious seasonal ice creams, chestnut or nuts in autumn, fruit in summer.
