Neo-bistro restaurant with terraces offering a menu of homemade burgers, meat and desserts revisited.
This is an address not to underestimate whose name could mislead or, we are far from a américanisante sign and even more than fast food. The Limousin beef is, of course, the star of the place, in fact, it is a throne, almost nature, beautiful red moulding, in the middle of the restaurant à la déco, and elegant new bistro. Both terraces and three levels allow a good flow. The team is efficient, smiles and humour-free pince. Salads, omelettes, hot toast, burgers occupy a good half of the map. Everything is well done, house of course, fresh, generous and inventive. Limousine meat reserves the other half of the card and most of the suggestions of the day. It comes directly from the Abattoirs abattoirs, regularity and quality. We will therefore particularly appreciate the tartar of the knife seasoned with balsamic, quantity on demand. But you will be tempted by the calf's kidney, the liver or ribs to "the American." Refined and classic wine map to accompany. Don't forget the desserts, tiramisu revisited, rice rice, burnt cream, lost bread… From simple but so good and good.
