Set in the very first restaurant of Philippe Redon, which retains elegance, La Pesée welcomes you in a exposed stone room, contemporary furniture, a nice parquet and a friendly welcome. On the kitchen path, led by Thierry Lassot, under the glass roof, always stands the big ficus. The name of this restaurant, The Weighing, means that you can choose, at an extra cost, the amount of meat you think can be eaten (up to two kilos). Carnivores, at your forks, because it is good, a speciality of the house requires! At noon, we choose between two dishes of the day. Noon and evening a varied map with entries (gizzards salad and foie gras, bourgogne snails, frogs'legs…) and large selection of quality meat (veal, succulent beef net Façon way), but also fish and crustaceans. In dessert, brioche bread lost with its caramel of caramel to salty butter or profiteroles melting. All these dishes therefore require a little wait, no worries, we take pleasure in asking ourselves here.
