At René, it is the bistro on four wheels. The concept of the foodtruck is reproduced, but a retro strand and in the gastronomic spirit limougeaud. With a yellow truck Citröen HY of 1967, Benoît and his two employees, tabliers and berets on his head, feel from afar. Counter in aluminium, tables and chairs are fitted to taste a limousine kitchen that is supplied to local producers: Pork…, pork burger, trout rillettes bread, duck conflict, chicken crispy… The map changes with the seasons.
