Fresh burrito is the modern Mexican fast food installed in downtown. The principle, you draw your own menu in four steps: the choice of the dish (burrito, chili, salad or three taco), the base (rice or patatas) and then meat (marinated chicken or beef, shrimp, chili) even if there is a vegetarian option, all accompanied by a more or less perfectly cheddar sauce (gallo, verde, roja).
