National Professor, Columbus Café is a café-brew in the American style: terrace, armchairs, friendly team, newspapers. Located place of the Republic, the place is often stormed at noon and whatever the season. In the summer we fight for the terrace and winter for a warm seat in the chairs. In hot drink, specialty is the Chéri: coffee, milk and chocolate flavoured with Monin syrup.
