Le Bistrot du boucher became Au Relais Louis Blanc. After 14 years under franchise, Fabrice Granet decided to become independent again. Change of name but the spirit remains the same: to offer quality dishes at affordable prices. In particular with a menu (lunch and dinner) which allows you to compose your meal à la carte. The midday slate is drawn up when the market returns. The team is always in place with attentive customer service. The atmosphere is still that of a beautiful brewery with a new decoration for 2017. In the plates, a local cuisine revisited: poultry supreme with orange zest and langoustine tails, several beef tartars, profiteroles with salted butterscotch caramel?
