The most constant and among the most appreciated tables in Limoges with its 1950s Parisian bistro decor, old pubs with walls, waiters with long aprons, a beautiful room at the back to take a little shelter and enjoy the woodwork. In the plates, you can enjoy fresh produce from the Halles opposite. Old-fashioned bistro cuisine: crispy calf's head and tongue, all-you-can-eat tripe, pig's foot crumble and perfect braised sweetbreads. The desserts are generous and traditional, the chocolate mousse at will is perfect.

En service, une dame a l entrée qui nous met en place accueillante et agréable. Dans la salle du haut, une apprentie agréable, mais un serveur froid et long surtout quand on lui commande une deuxième cassolette de tripe et une deuxième bouteille de vin (qu'il a posé sans l' ouvrir).
Une chose qui casse le bon moment dans un bon resto.
