Old convent concocting a nostalgic cuisine based on selected meat.

Here, the setting is magnificent: the former convent has kept its large room with stone pillars and its imposing fireplace where one cooks. In the plates, a "nostalgic" cuisine of old dishes generously served. The meat, carefully selected, is served by weight (you are shown it before cooking it in the fireplace). The accompaniment is also successful: gratin, carrot mousseline... it is served in a casserole to stay warm. Surprising and delicious desserts: apple terrine with caramel, crème brûlée with chicory ... A beautiful address.

Un restaurant où il fait bon passer du temps pour savourer un bon repas. Vous serez accueilli avec quelques patiences. La carte fera frémir les papilles, nous avons commandé l’assiette à partager, et deux pièces de viande. Les produits fondent en bouche. Le service est discret et attentif.

La salle est spacieuse, et le lieu est historique.
