Louis Sionneau and Charly Alibert took over this establishment in the center of Limoges in the summer of 2024. Having cut his teeth as a chef in some of Limoges' top establishments, Louis now offers his own menu with entirely home-cooked dishes based on fresh, local produce. As the Bistrot de l'Opéra is on the corner of Rue des Filles Notre-Dame and adjoins the Bacchus wine bar, you can enjoy both places at the same time: enjoy a dish at the Bistrot, for example, and accompany it with a wine from the Bacchus.
