Timbale from Saint-Jacques to ceps and breasts, pig salad salad, timbale of char Chevalier to green asparagus, net of grey seabream on grout of tomatoes and to finish, among others, pick of bananas to spéculoos and small patches of rum in a lost bread. Each day La Timbale offers several different dishes, starters and desserts, to consume in single dish or in a complete menu, a MIDI express formula and a fixed map with four choices.
