The setting is astonishing: here we are in a factory that manufactures and bottles excellent beers - white, blonde, amber, brown - for consumption on site or to take away, as well as whisky. You can dine indoors at large tables near the gleaming stainless-steel décor, or on the terrace in a quiet, natural setting. There's a choice of dishes: brotmeisters (toasted bread with 7 different fillings), flammekueches or a plate of smoked fish. The team's friendliness and excellent value for money are also a must.
