The establishment changed hand in the spring of 2015. Cécile, who had thus lived the place in recent years, gave way to Joël who added the word "bistro" to the beard of this woman! After long years in the porcelain, the new owner turned into the kitchen and realized his dream with this restaurant located in the neighborhood of his childhood. He wanted to keep the spirit of the place: reasonable prices, products from the Halles, the house and a friendly atmosphere. But he chose to climb a range, especially with the Foie gras and duck breasts. In the course of the day: salmon filet sauce shrimp, duck duck gras sauce mushrooms, pick of seafood…
