Restaurant preparing traditional and generous cuisine, grilled meats a la plancha.
After being beautifully restored and enlarged, "the barn" gave its name to the other restaurant of François Mouly, patron of the Bistro Gourmand. A different concept that attracts many, others less. A beautiful volume with stone walls, long dining on the ground floor or on the mezzanine floor, or on the terrace in beautiful days. The hotel is very close to the beach. The kitchen is traditional and generous, the meat is grilled, served by plancha. Six menus menus: from meadows, fields, tables, harvests… beef leg menu to will on Thursdays and Fridays evening or the reader menu for which the chef presents a recipe book. There are all kinds of envies (compound salads, duck conflict, chicken to all sauces, fish. etc). Note the diversity of the vegetables that accompany the dishes.
