Brasserie offering simple but homemade dishes.
We are here in the corner brewery with a day bar, and a catering service only at noon. The dishes are simple but homemade. The formulas of the day are an area of freedom where the chef lets his ideas wander: cassolette egg eggs, Mexican beef, soup of cucumbers and lamb navarino. Idem for desserts with heart based on chocolate or Breton cheesecake. The formulas are for the week, Saturday on the map or according to suggestions. In slate, the latter have more agreed: Burgundy snails to garlic butter, veal veal steak, limousine mudflap, etc. Home paella is always available (even weekends or evening), to order in advance and to take.
