Products are fresh, and most come from the market. The à la carte menu offers a wide choice of local dishes. Duck tournedos Rossini, veal chop with morel cream, gambas persillées flambéed in whisky, beef onglet à partager - there's no doubt that there's something to please every gourmet. The prices are high, but the quality is there and the portions are generous.
