A Limoges institution since its creation in 1982, Le Chalet specializes in meat dishes, and has maintained its high standards and expertise over the years. Products are fresh, and most come from the market. The à la carte menu offers a wide choice of local dishes. Duck tournedos Rossini, veal chop with morel cream, gambas persillées flambéed in whisky, beef onglet à partager - there's no doubt that there's something to please every gourmet. The prices are high, but the quality is there and the portions are generous.
