Situated in a green setting, half way between the faculty of sciences and the city centre of Limoges, this residence has 204 furnished rooms, ranging from 18 to 32 m 2 and open to the lodging allowance. It is a student residence but studios can also be rented for short stays from three days (mainly for acting missions, internships and other personal reasons). It is very welcome. The accommodation is clear, clean and bright with free Wi-Fi internet access. Among the common spaces: laundry, TV room (TNT, Canal +), spacious work room, photocopier, phone, parking.

I recommend this all those who need to stay in Limoges, because this price, I did not find better. Welcomed, green surroundings and the residence are in a quiet area, not far from the city centre. The www.univers-city.info website is well made. Undoubtedly, I will reserve again on this site during my stay in Limoges.
