PETITE CONVERSATION ENTRE OBJETS
A nice, sober and elegant shop on the edge of which we read in «antiques» gold letters. Nathalie, an interior training architect, practiced in Paris for over 25 years. The name of this boutique speaks of the choice to engage objects and furniture around the world in a "ethno-contemporary" style. To do this, Nathalie introduces two research and selection criteria: meeting young designers (often European) with artisans of the world to ancestral know-how, and the search for suppliers promoting fair and sustainable trade. Each object tells the story of its country of origin, its material, or its creator. Imported from Sicily into home Fragrances, from Syria from Aleppo soap collars scented to essential oils, lacquers and birmanes from Burma, China inks, Vietnam, wool and silk hedges in India, Senegal's clothes baskets, Horn bijoux, and traditional Japanese ceramics. The shop also exhibits artists, pastellistes and watercolour.
