LES PETITS CHANTEURS LIMOUSINS
The choir consists of about children and adolescents. The youngest are 5 years old. They are three times a week: Thursday at a. m. or Friday at p. m. for 1 p. m. in theory, Friday from p. m. and Saturday from 17 p. m. to rehearsals. The 5-7 years have their antichambre: Pre-master classes on Saturday morning at 11 pm. In addition to animating the masses of the church of the Sacred Heart at the peak of the liturgical calendar, the Little singers take place in concert through France and its neighbouring countries and record albums. During his passage to the Zenith of Limoges, Pierre Perret invited them on stage to share a song (this was not one of his paillardes compositions!). Musically speaking, the manécanterie also intervened on a gospel of the bluesman Bobby Dirninger. The reputation of this choir is no longer to be done. Among its former members, some have now integrated the Choir of Notre Dame de Paris. Choirmaster Cyprien Sadek now leads the Maîtrisienne school of Strasbourg cathedral. He was replaced by two students from the Conservatoire de Paris, Pacôme Sadek and Béatrice Derain.
