LES GENÊTS D'OR DU LIMOUSIN

The Genêts d'Or is a venerable association of women's and men's gymnastics, but it is extremely dynamic. The awakening starts at 3, and for 4-5 years the Mini-Pouss start to evolve on the ground. From age 6, the courses are given by sex and age category. Chicks and poussines, ward and youth before joining the adult group, starting at age 14. These courses, with an artistic tendency, are designed to advance motivated students in a friendly spirit. For the less sports, the gym-relax and fitness section meets on Tuesdays evenings. All these activities take place on site, at the Casseaux gymnasium, or at the Descartes Gymnasium. A volleyball activity also exists.
