In this modern and bright studio-kitchen facing the Beaublanc barracks, Christophe Moriau is a young teacher who shares his know-how with simplicity and in a relaxed atmosphere. Depending on the planning, you will choose to learn the kitchen of our grandmothers, to prepare a most original and tasty dinner aperitif, pastry courses where it will be about fraise strawberry-basil or the artichokes of artichokes-parmesan… Some workshops also propose to learn the recipes Basque, Brittany, Italian…. And if the cooking courses interest you but you lack time, no panic: there are the time courses. On your midday break, in half an hour, you will be taught to assemble good small dishes that are eaten on site… with the dessert offered in bonus. A way to add value to the fun at a reasonable price! It is a pleasure also to offer a cookery course for a birthday or a Christmas with gift vouchers. Children under the age of 12 have the right to their course!
