PAROLES DE CHEF
A chef has his secrets and Pascal Robert is among those who share them. The courses take place on the first floor of the Café Republic on the square of the same name. In each lesson Pascal explains the manufacture of a dish or even a complete meal, to take after execution or to eat on-site, depending on the formula chosen. The chef advises you and gives you his tips and tricks for the best results. The atmosphere is always very friendly and without pressure. If you are afraid not to reproduce the thing at home so easily, Nelly Robert organizes private evenings from 8 people. In the kitchen you will be helped by the chef to delight the assembly. On Wednesday the principle is the same but it is the day of children and teens. Oenology courses are provided by a professional.
