AFPA

The Association for Vocational Training of Adults addresses a broad audience: unemployed, disabled, workers on leave-leave who want to acquire a qualification or a professional diploma. L offers a wide range of training courses in the Limousin region that prepare for the exercise of some 300 trades: trade, accounting, information technology, electricity, mechanics, construction, construction, boiler welding… According to the type of training, we have a professional title, a certificate of competence, a certificate of capacity or an authorization at the end of the course. The study courses are individually built and may include if necessary discounts. The Apma is in transition. With the opening up of the sector to competition, the public service of vocational training that it held in particular with the job seekers can no longer be subsidised. In this competitive logic, it should turn more towards the training of employees already in office.
