HOT CLUB DE LIMOGES ET SWING FM
Since 1948, the Hot Club has remained faithful to the origins of the jazz, the one who comes from the Black Americans. Every year, the association always presided over by Jean-Marie Masse organizes four concerts at the Jean Moulin Cultural Centre. The balls of the fifties and sixties saw Passer and pianist Lionel Hampton, the trumpeters Bill Coleman and Buck Clayton and many others. Today, it is big bands and gospel choirs that fill the rooms. Nearly 400 concerts have been hosted and registered to date. The Hot Club in Limoges also founded its own 100% jazz radio. Swing FM is a reference for traditional jazz fans from around the world who listen to it via Internet (www.swingfm.asso.fr). Attention: reservation from the Monday preceding the week of the concert!
