The Oraclim is the Regional Observatory for Arts and Culture in Limousin, which succeeded the Association Music and dance in Limousin in 2008. In addition to live shows, its fields of interest have expanded in cinema, audiovisual, plastic arts, books, heritage… The Oraclim is a diagnostic tool in the service of the State, by the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs and the Regional Council. The observatory conducts studies focusing mainly on employment in the various arts sectors. Its publications are available on Culture in Limousin, the regional cultural portal.
