One of the old houses in the Boucherie district has been transformed into an eco-museum. The only one of its kind in France, it faithfully recreates the living environment of an 18th-century butcher's family, members of the city's most powerful guild. Discover the store and its accessories, the slaughtering and salting rooms, the attics where sheep and pig skins were dried, the apartments of the masters and servants, the furniture and various objects.
