To make its arrangements for fresh fruit and vegetables or to buy its bouquet of flowers, there are many outdoor markets in Limoges. The Limougeauds have their well-established habits. Three weekly markets, from Tuesday to Saturday, are located place des Bancs, Place Haute-Vienne and Place des Carmelites. Neighbourhood markets are one or two times a week in the morning. On Tuesday, at Vigenal and Bastide, on Wednesday at the Val de l'Aurence, at the Railway doors and place Paul-Parbelle, on Thursday in Corgnac, at the Loins and still in La Bastide, on Friday in Beaubreuil, on Saturday the very popular place of Marceau Square, on Sunday in Landouge. In the vicinity of the Limougeaude capital, the market is held: Tuesday morning in Isle and Saint-Gence, Thursday from a. m. to Peyrilhac, Friday morning in Aixe-sur-Vienne and in the afternoon in Verneuil-sur-Vienne, Saturday morning in Condat-sur-Vienne, Feytiat, Rilhac-Rancon and Ussac, Sunday morning in Panazol (very large market) and Au.
At the end of the year, the Christmas markets were added, two in downtown: La Motte square and place of the Republic.
