A wide choice of homemade breads and pastries at this renowned master craftsman. Traditional breads, campaign breads, Campaillou, organic bread, old on poolish and other "classic" specialities that thanks to traditional fabrication, remain tender for a long time. In particular, the Austrian pastries (banana-based tarte), the chocolate favours (chocolate foam, feuillantine), orange (orange moss, grout raspberry) or exquisite (chocolate sponge, chantilly) are not available. A note of homemade house preparations: international, quiches, pizza, etc., and always a kind welcome.
