CHOCOLATERIE BUISSIÈRE
This illustrious chocolate factory has existed since 1848. And even if there is no longer a workshop on site, you can still find the house classics: the Royale Noix, the Châtaignas do Pai (fine chestnut paste coated with chocolate), pure chocolate Limousin truffles, another Limousin speciality with marzipan and ganache with Grand-Marnier and homemade ice cream. There are also many other sweets such as fruit jellies, calissons or feuillantines. Without forgetting the marrons glacés which have had their followers for many generations.
