This talented Limousin native had the good idea of setting up shop in his home town. His homemade chocolates, macaroons and cakes are absolutely exquisite. The Saint-Honoré and Paris-Brest, revamped in his own style, are to die for; as for the timeless chocolate éclair, it comes in new flavors: pistachio, salted butter caramel and even rose. In the attractive, well-kept window, you'll also fall for a mille-feuille, a baba... An address to be recommended.

Quelle déception après avoir lu l avis de ce pâtissier ça mettait l eau à la bouche les st honoré revisites les Paris Brest poudres les éclairs à des goûts originaux. Et bien trois gâteaux qui se battent en duel dans la vitrine. Aucun choix. Un accueil plutôt revêche. J ai attendu un moment avant que la personne vienne dans la boutique. Si on vous dérange …….. et à la dégustation belle déception. Des macarons comme chez laduree. On ne doit pas parler du même alors !!! Allons passons notre chemin !!!!!

En cette fin d'année l'occasion était belle de partager et de déguster les produits Pacaillin . La file d'attente était bien la preuve que la qualité est là .Les divers choix sur les bûches et sur la patisserie en général avec tous les mélanges de saveur restent toujours très agréables et très précis .
ET que dire des divers variétés de chocolat
