This is a fine outlet, in red and black as in the casino, except that here the quality must not be random. François Brun is the star screwworm des Halles. First, for the meat selected in the best limousines farms. Steers and lambs limousins, pork and milk calves are first choice. Made in a nearby nickel lab, the crues and crues preparations of François and his team are yielding to the most demanding temptation: grandma sausages, fricassee of old pork, bowl of poultry livers, crickets, etc. More surprisingly for "Deuche" van of 1959, grey and red, on which one can read its number… but 6 digits! It will be reproduced in miniature to Atlas editions… but you, you can see it in real, parked not far from the market some days.
