LA MAISON DU FROMAGE
This old-fashioned cheese factory, in the style of another era, is almost years old. Paulette Garot offers a selection of excellent cheeses in its cellars. You will not be disappointed with its specialities of farm cheeses such as Saint Nectaire, Salers, Laguiole or Rocamadour. Camemberts with raw milk, Pont-Levecque, Livarot, Epoisses, friend of Du, brie de Meaux… and specialities from many regions: Gratte-paille de Seine-et-Marne, sheep of the Pyrenees, Swiss cheeses such as Appenzell and Fribourg Vacherin. A large choice of goats (Chavignol, Saddles-sur-Cher, Southern-Saint-Pierre…), which is essential for all amateurs! A number of products are added: Beurre butter, delicious sardines of Brittany "La Belle Erp", wines of the Corrèze Thousand and Une Stones. Here we find cheeses ever seen in the other shops!
