FROMAGERIE A LA MOTTE
Ghislaine offers excellent farm cheeses of goat, sheep and cow. More than 200 types of cheese, or even 250 in festive times. Artisanal cheeses, some of which are refined on site in its temperate cellar. Among the many goats are the famous Saint-Moorish of Touraine and the banon of Haute-Provence. But also the figou, a fresh goat with fig roots that Ghislaine designed and developed with Fabien Mineau, a local producer of goat goat cheese. An original product with a salty sweet balance that has a real success here, and is even served in good tables in France. If you are rather "cow", incorporating the crack for the raw milk of Origny or for authentic camemberts of Normandy, like those of François Durand or the Moulin de Carel. Also note, a Crus butter and cream, a choice of good farmers'cheeses from Limousin and an excellent home chantilly cream.
