LE SALAM
A Moroccan restaurant, Salam is also a boutique selling gourmet products from the Maghreb. You can buy oriental pastries that seduce the eyes as much as the taste buds of gourmets: gazelle horns (with vanilla and sesame in particular), date makrouts, slilous, snowballs made with almonds, candied fruit and squeezed lemon, loukoums with multiple flavors and other pistachio puff pastries. For receptions, banquets and weddings, there's a choice of tajine, mechoui or pigeon or chicken pastilla. Aperitifs, wine and tea are included. You can also count on Le Salam to fill a buffet table (with, among other things, carrots in chermoula sauce) and, of course, pastries, or to fuel your barbecue (lamb chops, kefta kebabs, merguez...). So many sweet and savoury delights that make us want to come back!
