Inspired by a true passion for culinary art, Jean-François Cane shows creativity and obvious skill. This self-taught person surely has the talent inscribed in the genes because he has his son Alexander, for the confirmed abilities. Combinations of flavours are wise, sometimes daring, products are of unquestionable freshness. You will have the choice between the Les Thatched menu and the Tasting menu: velvety beans, casiers langoustines, Ms. Célestin's half-pigeon, sugar, rôti poivre, dessert lemon desserts. Extreme care is given to the presentation with particular attention to the choice of porcelain that will best embellir each dish. Children will not be left with the gourmet menu. As you will understand, in view of the success of the establishment, the reservation is recommended.
