LA FERME DES RÉSERVES
Follow the small road that winds in the woods and on the heights of Nexon. It leads to hill on the farm of Reserves. It was in 1989 that Henri and Jeanine resumed the operation held until then by the father (retired party). They raise Agneaux lambs, known for their taste qualities and for which they received the Gold Baronet in 2008, a trophy distinguishing the quality of their work. Other Specialties on the Farm: pigeons, to take ready to cook (on reservation), or in delicious preserves, in the form of rillettes, terrine (ceps, chestnuts, armagnac…), or candied (whole, thighs, gizzards); but also rapeseed and sunflower oil, pressed and bottled locally.
