Set in the Relais et Châteaux, this hotel offers authentic gourmet cuisine in four luxurious rooms in the Empire, Louis XVI and on a terrace facing a wooded park. While some achievements are very current, place is also made to tradition and noble products. The shell egg to the morels, muslin, instantanées langoustines, the lamb of the Limousin and its vegetables couscous, Foie gras and its recipes that evolve over the seasons, like menus, elsewhere. More dietetic, la to tomato powder and ratatouille. Besides desserts, there is inventiveness and great classics. Here's the sandblasted pie with raspberries and purple ice, or the icy soufflé to the apples of the orchard… neighbours. For the hotel aspect they are luxurious furnished rooms and apartments.
