RESTAURANT BISTROT-MUSEE
It's a bistro, it's a museum. it is a museum-museum! The concept was born in 2007 to revive the place of convivial encounters with a village of 600 people who had been private for 20 years. The reservation, 48 hours in advance, is imperative. There's cooking in old, wood, the dishes of our elders (bréjaude soup, country bowl, galetous, flognardes, stews, etc) in old pots. The rural tradition is living at this table. On the floor, a museum space allows to rediscover the life of the past, the tools used, the way in which we manufacture bread, which we cultivate and collect wheat, etc.
