Traditional restaurant with large covered terrace at affordable prices in Biscarrosse.
A traditional restaurant opposite the Biscarrosse beach pediment. Opened since spring 2014, this restaurant is constantly evolving. The daily special, as the à la carte menu, is mainly based on fresh products and fresh ingredients from the local producer, thus ensuring a top quality. Oysters are served all year long, mussel and fries and sea dishes from June to September. Mid-cooked homemade foie gras, presented on a small board with gingerbread and fig jam, if you hesitate to choose between the mid-cooked dishes, this one is truly perfect. Crayfish raviolis and mushrooms in a sauce with shellfish aroma, the Rossini-style beef fillet, chef's barbecues. All the dishes are mouthwatering, the presentation is impeccable, witnessed by the Cho azope Weiss, a black chocolate ball on fresh raspberry coulis, in which you can find a surprise inside, an ice-cream containing red fruits and a crusty chocolate are unveiled. A nice pizza menu to take away or to taste on the spot, for example the Biscarrossaise: Emmental cream, mozzarella, gizzards, mushrooms, plugs, duck, pine nut, and, in addition to these good moments, and enjoy the cabaret every second Saturday of the month.

Du coup un restaurant à deux pas de la zone du marché nocturne mais retirer de la foule avec une terrasse et un peu de musique en fond.
Par contre le plus gros - c'est que le service est un peu long 45min pour avoir juste nos plats , j'ai compris qu'après qu'il un problème d'effectif en cuisine .
Le meilleur pour la fin : la cuisine est juste excellente par contre, j'ai pris un magret de Canard Rosé qui était excellent, des frites Maison qui sentaient réellement la pomme de terre.
Donc attention aux services car un peu long mais le contenu dans les assiettes c'est de qualité ????????
