L'INSTANT GOURMET
Restaurant offering a home-made cuisine in Biscarrosse.
After completing his apprenticeship with Bernard Lepesteur, a well-known chef in Parentis-en-Born, Sylvain Girard took over the reins of L'Instant Gourmet to offer you entirely homemade cuisine. Early in the morning, he prepares the fish soup, spiced as it should be, and scallop ravioli accompanied by a creamy fumet. In his "terroir" menu, he stages duck breast with honey sauce, glazed baby onions and pan-fried foie gras with mango. His mastery is to be commended! The wine list is well-stocked, with nearly 80 references.

Personnel super sympathique. On y retourne vendredi.
Seul petit bémol, le temps d'attente entre les plats qui est un peu long, mais on l'oublie avec la qualité des plats.
