After completing his apprenticeship with Bernard Lepesteur, a well-known chef in Parentis-en-Born, Sylvain Girard took over the reins of L'Instant Gourmet to offer you entirely homemade cuisine. Early in the morning, he prepares the fish soup, spiced as it should be, and scallop ravioli accompanied by a creamy fumet. In his "terroir" menu, he stages duck breast with honey sauce, glazed baby onions and pan-fried foie gras with mango. His mastery is to be commended! The wine list is well-stocked, with nearly 80 references.

Malgré cela je conseil car une autre des serveuses a été vraiment géniale malgré qu’elle ne s’occupait pas de notre table.
Nous sommes venu avec un petit chien et on a été super bien reçu à ce niveau là et le rapport qualité/prix était au rendez-vous.
