L'INSTANT GOURMET
Restaurant offering a home-made cuisine in Biscarrosse.
After completing his apprenticeship with Bernard Lepesteur, a well-known chef in Parentis-en-Born, Sylvain Girard took over the reins of L'Instant Gourmet to offer you entirely homemade cuisine. Early in the morning, he prepares the fish soup, spiced as it should be, and scallop ravioli accompanied by a creamy fumet. In his "terroir" menu, he stages duck breast with honey sauce, glazed baby onions and pan-fried foie gras with mango. His mastery is to be commended! The wine list is well-stocked, with nearly 80 references.

le plat de résistence, du veau était cuit parfaitement mais la purée de pdt insidide et le flan de jeunes legumes mal assaissoné. en dessert le sorbet super mais la tarlettelle bonne mais pas à la huteur d'un dessert fetes des meres. cela ne valais pas 38 euros par personne
Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Nous ne sommes pas des vacanciers ce n'est donc pas un avis de passage mais la réalité sur une longue distance.
