Ferme de Fardissou, located in Saint-Genest-sur-Roselle, specializes in the production of AB birch sap from the Plateau de Millevaches in the Limousin region. Birch sap is harvested in spring in the region's remote forests, and is known for its detoxifying and remineralizing properties. The farm offers a range of birch sap products, including cosmetics, oils and bottles of fresh sap. Birch sap is best consumed as a 3-week course of treatment, drinking 15cl in the morning on an empty stomach. Fresh birch sap should be kept refrigerated and consumed immediately after purchase. The farm also offers on-site activities and tours.
