At the end of 2014, Paul Rose resumed this illustrious beer bar to continue the legend and open it to other stories. There is always a beer menu with references, but also a nice choice of teas and cold formulas for the evening, on reservation, including the famous "soup" (pork plate plate, cheese and raw cheese). Festive events (anniversary, wedding, etc.) can be organised.
