THE CHURCH
Church with wooden altar adorned with statues including those of Saint Just, Saint Hilaire, Saint Martial and Saint Valérie
This church dates from the 12th and 13th centuries, but its origins go back even further, to the death of Saint Just in 400 A.D. A wooden shrine was erected over his tomb, and the building was subsequently enlarged. Today's church has a typical Limousin bell tower. A remarkable shrine dating from 1644 contains the Saint's relics. The 17th-century wooden altar is adorned with statues of Saint Just, Saint Hilaire, Saint Martial and Saint Valérie.
