MADELEINES BÉBÉ
The baby Madeleines are a real legend in Limousin. Born in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche in 1870, they participated in the success of this gourmandise in the city and beyond. With a delicate taste, these artisanal madeleines are déclinent in several sizes (large or small) and with a taste or with the chocolate hull (milk, white, black, orange). We even find babies to fruit: " the caprices of Limousin "or in salted version for" the drink caprice ". Located in Saint-Maurice-les-Mud, this award-winning, gold-medal company has opened a boutique in the city centre of Limoges, offering an important choice of chocolates, fruit and marshmallow, all made home. Prices are displayed per kilo.
