Martine and Bernard Picat created this duck farm in 1977. Today it is taken over by their two sons, Jean-François and Pierre Alexandre, who perpetuate the spirit and values of the house. The fattened ducks are force-fed with whole corn before being transformed on the spot in a traditional way into all kinds of fresh and preserved products. The duck in all its states, in excellent foies gras, confits, magrets, pâtés, rillettes, gizzards, stuffed hearts and necks, cassoulets and other delights of Beauregard.
