LA FERME DU POUYOULOU
Between the water plan and downtown, Jean-Claude Jarry's farm is part of the "Welcome to Farm" network. The ducks are addicted to grain corn, the preserves are without preservatives. A free tasting of some products allows you to test and appreciate the flavour before buying. The duck is domiciled in all its forms: candied, fatty livers, rillettes, pâtés, we, and even in cooked dishes (pruneaux duck, cassoulet). To buy pieces for cutting (breasts, aiguillettes, thighs…), you must call and order in advance. Farm products are also found in the country's producer markets in the summer.
