FERME LAFON
Gîtes with a large covered terrace and a large, bright bathroom in Bougue.
From Mont-de-Marsan, a small sign shows the Ferme Farm and invites you to take 300 metres to this ancient farmhouse of Gersois type, the oldest in the village of Bougue. Marie and Sylvain bought this house in 1999 and first renovated her to live with their children. They chose the Landes for peace and the art of living. Heritage conservation is an important subject for them. They therefore created in the barn 2 identical cottages side by side with large covered terrace: on the ground floor, small living room with all the comfort for cooking, on the floor, a large bedroom and a very clear bathroom. Original materials have been preserved (beams). The light comes from a roof window, the traditional parquet is oil waxed. This property is an ideal place for children. They can take advantage of the swing, the cabin and trampoline and observe the chickens and the sheep housed near the chai. Marie and Sylvain realize that a lot of work remains to be done, and it doesn't prevent them from dreaming for later of a large cottage adapted to people with disabilities.
