THE CHURCH
When you approach this church, you can only be surprised by the bell of this church, massive, not very high and with a wall in the middle of the building. This uniqueness is explained by the fact that the church has built itself twice, partly in the th century. Covered with chestnut shingles, the bell tower houses two bells, the most important of which dates from the 900 th century, weighing more than kg. One of the main attractions of the site is its remarkable limousine crèche, a masterpiece of popular art. The eighteen wooden characters (48 to 108 cm high) were sculpted before the Revolution by a craftsman who took the inhabitants of the village as models; only the child Jesus is much more recent. " The Shepherds of Vicq "each have lyrical limousin and are dressed in the regional costume of the th century. Other curiosities: the balancier well, one of the three still extant in Limousin (Nouailhas road), and arcosolium (funéraire burial basement) in the cemetery.
